Don't change what you believe according to the season you are in. People often make bad made decisions in tough times. Be careful therefore, of the meaning you attach to things during the tough seasons of life. You may feel disappointed or rejected because things have not turned out the way you wanted.

When going through hard times, it’s time to lie low and not make pronouncements on God and his dealings with you. Trust in God and see what He can do.

The truth is, God's plans don't change just because seasons do. God is still with you whether you are in a pit, prison or a palace. And often, when we look back we understand why things didn’t work out the way we wanted.

We don't control everything in life. Life has a way of popping up with unexpected surprises. When things don’t go according to plan, it’s not a good time to make hasty decisions or jump to conclusions. Don't give up your God-given dreams just because your circumstances have turned sour. Trust that the best is yet to come. You don't know what God can do.

What we do know is that God is not a fair weather God. He remains steadfast and true. God is with you whether you’re in a pit, a prison or a palace. Often when you look back over your life, you grasp why things didn’t turn out the way you had hoped. Never give up your dreams because of changing times. As a believer, you know what God can do!

Prayer: Lord, sometimes we rush to conclusions when things do no turn out the way we planned. In these times we can but trust in your timing. My times are in your hand. Amen
