For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

A few years ago there was an animated film called Lilo and Stitch. The story is about a scientist who creates a little alien with a negative personality called Stitch. Stitch was created negative in order to break and destroy things. He was banished to earth and when he arrived he met a lonely little girl named Lilo. She loved him, even though he was cruel to her.  Although he broke everything she loved, she still gave him love letters! She simply continued to love him! Her love for Stitch changed his nature and he became a loving creature. Suddenly he understood the meaning of love and he began to live positively .

The story reminded me of mankind. Because of our sinful nature we, like Stitch, are cruel and destructive. But through God’s love for us on the cross we are completely changed. God loves us always, even though we break his creation and do all the wrong things. If you believe that Jesus Christ's love is so great that he came to bear the penalty in your place, it will change your life! You will be completely new.  You will be overwhelmed by the love of the Lord and it will make you full of love .

The power of love should never be underestimated. There is nothing as powerful as love.  It softens the hardest hearts. It  changes the sinful person. Love has life-changing power.  If you reflect constant love every day, it will greatly influence the people around you! We do not always feel like loving people, but the more true love you give someone, the greater the chance that they will also receive that love!

With love, you can change someone else's life – just as Jesus changed your life with his love for you!

Prayer: Lord, teach me to share so much love so that I and everyone around m will be full of love. Amen .
